Core Trial Privacy Notice

This notice explains the local evaluation flow. The production operator must publish a counsel-approved notice and configure NABRIMAR_PRIVACY_URL before public enrollment opens.

Information used

Enrollment uses the business name, workspace type, name, email, password hash, IP address, one-time-token digest, and security timestamps. Information entered later into the workspace is stored with its selected organization.

Purposes

The system uses this information to verify access, create the requested workspace, enforce organization boundaries, prevent abuse, operate Core features, and record security events.

Nabrimar AI

When an authorized user deliberately sends a message or document to Nabrimar AI, the server sends the necessary request content to the configured OpenAI service. Provider use must be reviewed before production customer data is enabled.

Local storage and control

A local installation stores its database, configuration, and uploaded files on the operator’s computer. The operator is responsible for access control, backups, retention, deletion, and responding to privacy requests.
